Once your request is authorized by the La Manso team, you will receive an automated email with the return label to send your order back to us. Please print the document and follow the courier's instructions. After the parcel is received at our office, please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be processed. As soon as the refund or store credit is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. The refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that, depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 15 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Bear in mind that shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and returns outside Spain have costs.
